Are all Heritage Fire events 21+?

Yes, all Heritage Fire tour stops are 21+. A valid ID is required for admission. If event security cannot verify your age, you will not be admitted into the event. Anyone under the age of 21 will be refused entry and tickets will not be refunded.

What do I do if I’ve had too much to drink?

Please be responsible. There are a number of transportation options if your ability to drive is impaired.

• Safe Ride America (404) 888‐0887 *Safe Ride America is a nonprofit organization and will provide transportation for free if necessary.

• UBER   provides on-demand sedan or SUV service. Download the UBER App to your iPhone or Android smart phone at www.uber.com or text an address and city to UBR-CAB (827-222)

Are pets allowed at any Heritage Fire events?

While we love your furry friends, no pets are allowed at any Heritage Fire event. This does NOT include emotional support animals, therapy animals, or companion animals. Only service animals are permitted.  Service animals are defined as dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities. All service animals must remain by the handler’s side at all times and must be harnessed, leashed, or tethered, unless these devices interfere with the service animal’s work, or the individual’s disability prevents using these devices. In that case, the individual must maintain control of the animal through voice, signal, or other effective controls.  Anyone bringing a service animal will be responsible for and liable for any damage or injury the animal causes. For more information, please refer to the U.S. Department of Justice.

The following items are PROHIBITED:
- Outside food or beverage (including alcohol) of any kind
- Illegal and illicit substances of any kind; drugs or drug paraphernalia - Weapons  - Backpacks or suitcases
- Noise making devices: air horns, drums, whistles
- Drones or any other remote flying device
- Pets (except service animals) - Tents, canopies, or large shade structures
- Unauthorized/unlicensed vendors are not allowed.
No unauthorized solicitation and materials including handbills, flyers, stickers, beach balls, giveaways, samples, etc.

When will I receive my ticket?

Tickets to Heritage Fire events will be sent to the email address you provided during checkout from our ticketing partner, Ticketsauce. You can bring a printed or electronic version of your ticket.

Can I refund or exchange my ticket?

All tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. Ticket sales are final.

Tickets to festival events are available online at toursbya21.com. During the week of each event, you can continue to purchase tickets online. Events do sell out quickly, so we encourage you to purchase your tickets in advance!

What is Whiskies of the World?

Whiskies of the World is one of the largest whiskey tasting events in the US, gathering hundreds of expressions from across the globe and their makers all in one spot. Some of the most fascinating and popular distilled spirits from around the world, along with their makers and ambassadors, are all set to give its guests and attendees an immersive tasting experience like no other. From single malts, bourbons, blended, scotch and everything in between, there is something for everyone!

What’s included in the ticket price for Whiskies of the World?

Everything you need for a good time! All Whiskies of the World tickets are all-inclusive of drams and food. Once you have purchased your tickets, there are no additional charges for food, drinks, or gratuity at any Whiskies of the World event.

All events are business casual. Please refer to individual event pages for venue information. For events that are outdoors, please dress for the weather as our events are rain-or-shine.

Most likely. There is a set capacity for each event and tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. We cannot expand the capacity of any event to accommodate additional guests.
